Are we covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)?
In respect of insurance mediation activities, Lex Vehicle Leasing Ltd, Lex Vehicle Finance Ltd and Lex Vehicle Partners Ltd and Bank of Scotland plc are covered by the FSCS.You may be entitled to compensation if we are unable to meet our obligations, as covered by the Scheme. This depends on the type of business, the organisation involved and the circumstances of the claim.
The first £2,000 of an insurance claim or policy is covered in full, plus 90% of the balance. Compulsory insurance is covered in full.
